Bryony first exhibited her collages 10 years ago in Northampton in a café, where as part of the exhibition she collaged the toilet walls!

Bryony graduated with a BA in Fine Art in 2000. Since then, she has lived, worked and studied in, Northampton, the North East and Cumbria. Bryony now lives in Cockermouth, in the Northern Lake District.



Bryony Works in various mediums including photography, ceramics and textiles. Collage et tu is a collection of collaged paintings and Limited Edition prints.
One of Bryony’s nicknames is ‘Dataheed’, which describes her systematic, sorting, categorist part of her mind. These pieces are a manifestation of this, a kind of decorative jigsaw. Painting with pictures cut from everyday magazines, manipulating colour and form. These collages depict decorative ‘Op-Art’ type designs, illustrative pieces and colour play. Her work has a feel of outsider art.
